You may be looking to fill a room with a cooling mist of summer fragrance, or to fill a bedroom with decongestant to help unblock blocked noses. Either way, this Aromatherapy humidifier can help as well as looking really good within a room.

To operate the aromatherapy humidifier you firstly need to remove the upper section of the unit so that it can be filled with water. Firstly, remove the top white funnel and then the translucent top section. Once removed, turn the section upside down and unscrew the lid. This now reveals the water container where you can add either purified or normal tap water. Once filled both these sections can be reinstalled onto the base unit. When the water container is reinstalled the sprung loaded valve within the screw lid, will be opened by the pin within the lower section. This will allow a controlled quantity of water down into the lower water reservoir and over the main unit that produces the mist.

This product uses a component not dissimilar to what is found within a medical nebuliser. A metal membrane with 1000-7000 laser drilled holes vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency. The end result is a very fine mist of water droplets that a so tiny that they look like a mist.

Within the base of the unit is an aroma tray. To fill your room with a gorgeous scent, add a few drops of scented aromatherapy oil to the tray. For blocked up noses try some oil capsules of decongestant.

To conclude, I was not 100% sure what I would think of this product when I ordered it although I am now very pleased and pleasantly surprised. This product is easy to operate, looks good and once a scented oil is added, smells great.
