At long last I don’t have to convert US recipe measurements with cups into UK measurements in grams and millilitres.

This is making it so much easier to use US and Canadian recipes when cooking. There is such a vast array of recipes that I just avoided until I purchased these Stainless Steel Measuring Cups. They are well made and have colour coded silicon grips as part of the handle. It does not take long to remember what colour is for what size of measure so you don’t even have to look at the measurements after a few uses. They clean up really well and are hung up in the kitchen ready for use. If you are cooking or baking with UK recipes, then measurements are also displayed on the handles in millilitres.

The Stainless Steel Measuring Spoons also have duel measurements embossed on the handles. They have either millilitres or teaspoons and tablespoon measurements. Again they have colour coded silicon grips as part of the handle and again, you soon learn what colour handle is for what measurement.

Altogether I am very pleased with these measuring cups and spoons. They have already been used a number of times on both native and US recipes.
