So as to give you an idea of how cute this Night Light Cat is, let me tell you what happen today. When it arrived today, at my work address for convenience, I had to have a look at this product. No sooner had I taken the Seacat out of it’s box when a number of the girls within the office spotted it. They loved it and could not stop playing with it.

So it’s home now and it’s time to surprise my youngest. He has had a night light type lamp beside his bed but the tiny batteries need to be replaced all the time. What was particularly appealing about this night light is that it’s rechargeable via the USB cable, supplied.

The lamp takes about 3 hours to charge fully. Tap the Seacat on the head and the cat will glow with a soft warm light for up to 15 hours. Tap him again and he will start to change colour and run up to 12 hours. Plenty of time to run throughout the night, if required.

The base is made from ABS plastic and the upper cat shape from silicon with a cat face printed on it. The battery capacity is a very sufficient 1200mA at 5 volts.

This is now a permanent fixture beside his bed and he is loving it. He likes to watch the lights changing colour as it sends him off to sleep. I am very please with this product as I love the smile it has put on his face. This is absolutely ideal for kids that want a night light on at bedtime.
