This particular product offers a total of 17 fondant icing nozzles. They are made of a good quality stainless steel and are of a good size.

As you can see from the images, they come with a wide array of tips to create a large variety of fondant designs.

The one issue I had, which was not down to the product, was to get the fondant to just the correct viscosity. Firstly, I had the fondant too thin and soft and it just came out in messy blobs. Then I put the fondant into the fridge but over did it and could hardly get the fondant out of the nozzle. I’m sure you can get good results in more professional hands who are use to icing and no how to make a good consistency of fondant. I think I need some more practice and then I’ll see better results.

My conclusion is, the product is very good and you can create a very wide array of fondant creations. Don’t expect the results to look fantastic without practice from day one, unless you have done this before.
